Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Your style is very inconsistant. It leaps to something completely different halfway through. Your good with photoshop, I'll give you that. But you'd be even BETTER if you'd start with your own images first (or at least give credit where it's due). I'm sure you could do it. It just takes time and practice.
One question though? Are you going to credit all of that art you took from Yerf artists, such as Synnabar and Giles for example. I really recomend you do.
